As Registered Manager, you will be at the heart of the home, leading from the front, supporting your team, welcoming families, and ensuring every resident feels safe, respected, and truly valued.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who brings both heart and expertise:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the care sector
  • Proven experience as a Manager within elderly residential care
  • A calm, supportive and motivating leadership style
  • Strong organisational and administrative capability
  • Clear, professional and friendly communication skills
  • Confidence in managing budgets and supporting occupancy growth
  • A genuine commitment to high standards, teamwork, and continuous improvement
