The Orchards Residential Home in Wroughton is opening its doors to the local community on Thursday 4th December for A Festive Day – a cosy, creative celebration full of Christmas spirit, friendly faces, and plenty of seasonal treats.

Residents, families, neighbours, and friends are warmly invited to come together and enjoy a full day of activities:

  • 10.30am – Wreath Making
A relaxed morning of festive creativity with tea, coffee, and cake while guests make their very own Christmas wreaths.

  • 2.30pm – Christmas Card Crafting
An afternoon of Christmas card making, accompanied by mince pies and mulled wine among friends and neighbours.

The Home Manager at The Orchards said:

“Christmas is all about connection, and we know how important it is for our residents to feel part of the wider community. Our Festive Day is a lovely chance for people to pop in, get creative, and share some relaxed time together. Whether you join us for the morning, the afternoon, or both – you’ll be made very welcome.”

The event will be held at:
