Teresa has also been equally recognised for her outstanding contribution as Woodland Court’s Person Centred Software (PCS) Champion. PCS is an innovative system that transforms how care is delivered by allowing care staff to plan and document all aspects of a resident’s care in a truly person-centred way. Teresa’s dedication to mastering this system and inspiring others along the way has earned her this well-deserved recognition.
Teresa shared, “I am incredibly proud to be acknowledged for my achievements. It’s been rewarding to see my hard work in learning the new system recognised by others.
