We are so proud of Dave, head of Maintenance, at The Firs who won an award from the council and NHS for providing Outstanding Person-Centred Care! The award was part of Devon County Council’s new Framework for Enhanced Health project. Dave made one of the residents’ wishes come true by dressing up as Elvis Presley and dancing to “I can’t help falling in love” on her birthday.
Dave appeared in the local paper last week, the Exmouth Journal.
