Residents at The Firs enjoyed a rather special visitor this afternoon — Lilo the miniature pony trotted in to spread joy, cuddles, and plenty of smiles.

With her gentle nature and adorable looks, Lilo was an instant hit. Residents and team members alike couldn’t resist giving her a fuss, and many shared stories of their own past pets and countryside memories. It wasn’t just a treat for the senses — it was a real mood-booster, too.
