Our hardworking care teams continue to do a fantastic job providing dedicated support to their residents. Manager Jennifer Daly is committed to team retention and growth, which links to loyalty and dedication being the keys to the success of any organisation. She recognises this and takes every opportunity to ensure that success is celebrated.
As a testament to this year, we’ve had three members of the team recently celebrating five years of long service. Helena,
Josie and Gordon.
We would like to mention those whom we already celebrated last year and now upgraded to reflect service time:
Tash – 13 years
Jo – 10 years
Vanessa – 8 years
Angela – 6 years
Mel – 6 years
Kirsty 6 – years
Tracey Turner – 6 years
The happiness and welfare of our residents are at the heart of our culture of care. Our teams work tirelessly to ensure our residents have continued to enjoy socially-distanced events. It’s important to have a team who are committed and dedicated, but they’ve also got to be supported and feel valued too. It’s about knowing that you’re making a difference and achieving inner satisfaction. We’re proud to have such a great team at Hartwell Lodge that is exceeding all expectations.
As a company, we try to make sure that our teams are set up for success in their roles. We’ve got a backbone of staff that have shown dedication and commitment throughout recent events and these people are the role models for existing and new team members. We’re proud to be leading resilient leadership teams that can develop and shape careers.
