It was another lively day at Brunswick House Nursing & Residential Home, where residents and staff enjoyed a full schedule of fitness, pampering, and laughter.
The morning began with a burst of energy thanks to the home’s much-loved fitness instructor, Matt, and his famous ‘squishy ball’ workout. Residents stretched, moved, and shared plenty of smiles as they got their bodies moving and joints loosened – the perfect start to the day.
After all that exercise, it was time to relax with some gentle joint movements before heading straight into a well-deserved pamper session. The home’s talented hairdresser, Lisa, once again worked her magic, leaving everyone looking fresh, confident, and full of smiles. Residents were glowing and loving the compliments from visitors and staff alike.
The day ended on a high note with an impromptu singalong and dance session. Residents chose their favourite songs and hymns, filling the room with music, laughter, and a few spontaneous dance moves from both residents and team members.
Helen, the home manager said:
“Days like this remind us how much joy there is in simple moments shared together. The energy, laughter, and togetherness make Brunswick House such a special place to live and work.”
