Flower Power in Action at Brunswick House!

Residents at Brunswick House recently spent a joyful afternoon bringing colour, creativity, and plenty of laughter into the home with a hands-on flower arranging activity.

The idea came about when the team decided the house could use a little extra sparkle. Buckets of fresh blooms were gathered, and soon the lounge was filled with chatter, friendly debates, and the sweet scent of roses and carnations.

With every resident adding their own personal touch, the result was nothing short of spectacular: three large floral displays for communal areas and two smaller arrangements to brighten individual rooms.

“It was such a heart-warming activity. The residents enjoyed reminiscing about gardens from years gone by, sharing tips on flower arranging, and most importantly, having a good laugh together. The finished displays have truly lifted the atmosphere in the home.”

The activity not only brought bursts of colour into the home, but also encouraged teamwork, sparked memories, and created a sense of achievement for everyone involved.

And while the residents joked about not being “professional florists just yet,” their creative efforts are already in high demand. With a bit more practice, they might just start taking bookings!
