We had a ‘fantastique’ day celebrating 14th July, also known as Bastille Day, a French celebration linked to the Revolution. We had a totally French themed meal, designed by our French chef, Freddie. The delectable meal was 3 courses and we enjoyed french wine and coffee to go with it. Our dining room was decked out in incredible decorations and the staff (and even some of the residents) dressed up! Vive la France!
