Residents are enjoying a touch of Christmas magic thanks to their stunning Willy Wonka-style Hot Chocolate Station.

The festive installation has transformed the home into a holiday wonderland. The enchanting Candy Cane Lane Chocolate Station, inspired by Willy Wonka’s world of wonder is adorned with giant candy canes, sweetie decorations, lollies, and candy cane trees, it’s a feast for the eyes—and the taste buds! Residents are enjoying delicious hot chocolates complete with festive flavourings, served with the help of a professional optic system.

But that’s not all. The home has also been alive with creativity:

• Residents have been making Christmas wreaths and unique decorations for their rooms.
• They’ve crafted eco-friendly Christmas trees from old wood and rope, adding a sustainable touch to the festivities.

And the excitement doesn’t stop there. Residents are busy practising their favourite carols in preparation for the Big Buckland Carol Singalong on Tuesday, 10th December. This special event will see all Buckland care homes join together for a day of music, joy, and community spirit. From timeless classics like Silent Night to jolly tunes like Jingle Bells, it promises to be a heart-warming celebration.
