It was all smiles (and a bit of healthy competition!) at Inglefield Nursing Home this morning as residents took part in a fun sports session with RISE.

Everyone got involved and showed great team spirit as we split into Team Blue and Team Red – with Team Red taking the win this time!

The morning was full of laughter, gentle exercise, and plenty of encouragement from the sidelines. Sessions like this are a wonderful way to stay active, boost wellbeing, and enjoy a sense of camaraderie together.
