Come and join us for our Memory Café experience!
Our Memory Café provides an opportunity for people with dementia, their families and carers to meet with others and ask questions to our highly experienced team. It is also a chance to learn from experiences of others and engage in some memory stimulating activities, whilst having a cup of tea in a relaxed and friendly environment.
