Residents at Inglefield Care Home enjoyed an afternoon of movement, laughter, and fun thanks to a special visit from RISE, who delivered a fantastic seated sports session.
The activity encouraged gentle exercise, teamwork, and plenty of cheer as residents got involved in a series of light-hearted games. The room was filled with smiles and friendly competition, proving that keeping active can be just as entertaining as it is beneficial.
A highlight of the afternoon was celebrating June, who proudly took home the title of Player of the Day! Her enthusiasm and energy set the tone for a wonderful session enjoyed by all.
