West Bank Buckland in Bloom Event – Celebrating Our Green-Fingered Residents, in combination with the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.
Spring is in the air, and our residents have been busy bringing our garden to life for Buckland in Bloom! From preparing for bright blooms to creative planters, we’ve been rolling up our sleeves to make our outdoor spaces extra special. We are “Digging for Victory”, and embracing “Going back to Our Roots”

Location: West Bank Residential Home

Our residents have been getting involved in preparing the beds for all the seedlings, building high beds and upcycling, and we can’t wait to show off their efforts!
Join us as we celebrate our residents’ hard work with a wonderful 1940’s Tea Dance, and we’d love for family, friends, and the local community to be part of it.

There will be planting stalls, arts and crafts table, refreshments and live music from the wonderful Patrick Jervis! We’d love for family and friends to be part of it

Woodland Court Buckland in Bloom Event – Celebrating Our Green-Fingered Residents!

Location: Woodland court
Join us as we celebrate our residents’ hard work with a wonderful garden gathering on Sunday 30th March we’d love for family, friends, and the local community to be part of it also be high tea available if you would like it.
Our residents will be visiting a garden centre to choose and get some advice about plants then will be involved in planting and creating a vegetable patch, plant pot painting and will also be planting some seedlings as a gift for relatives to take away when they visit on the 30th, we can’t wait to show off their efforts!

Hartwell Lodge Buckland on Bloom Event – Celebrating Our Green-Fingered Residents!

Our residents are getting creative with a mix of garden-themed activities!
We’ll be painting plant pots on Monday, 24th March, letting them dry, and then planting seeds in them on Wednesday, 26th March. Just in time to showcase our beautiful creations at our Mother’s Day High Tea on Saturday, 29th March!

Willow Bank – Celebrating Our Green-Fingered Residents!

We’re bringing a touch of springtime beauty to Willow Bank with a special Buckland in Bloom event!
A professional flower arranger will be joining us to create stunning floral displays, sharing tips and tricks along the way. Residents, families, and the local community are invited to enjoy an afternoon of creativity, conversation, and of course, a delightful afternoon tea. ☕

Mulberry House – Celebrating Our Green-Fingered Residents!

Our residents have been busy getting their hands dirty, and now we’d love for you to join in! Join us for an afternoon of tea, cake, and planting as we brighten up our patio garden together. Families and friends are welcome to help, and you’ll take home a gift of wildflower seeds as a little thank-you. We’re also creating a Memory Garden – a peaceful spot to remember loved ones – and running a friendly flower competition for our residents, with a prize for the most colourful plot.
With Mother’s Day entertainment booked and our entry in the Best Blooms photo competition, it’s shaping up to be a blooming lovely season!

Kingland House – Celebrating Our Green-Fingered Residents!

Join us for an afternoon of tea, cake, and potting as we bring some colour to our gardens.
We’ll have a potting station where you can get hands-on with planting, plus plenty of tea and treats to enjoy.
