Staff at West Bank Care Home in Ross-on-Wye brought plenty of smiles to the local community this Easter with a surprise visit to the Friday Lunch Club.
In a fun seasonal twist, Activity Lead Kay swapped her usual role for a pair of bunny ears as she dressed up as the Easter Bunny and headed out with Activity Assistant Katie to spread a little Easter cheer.
The pair delivered smiles, laughter and a selection of daffodils to those attending, helping to brighten the day and bring a touch of spring to the local lunch club.
The visit was part of West Bank Care Home’s ongoing commitment to being an active part of the Ross-on-Wye community and creating meaningful connections beyond the home’s walls.
Kay said: “We had such a lovely time visiting the Friday Lunch Club and seeing everyone’s reactions. There were lots of smiles and laughs, and it was wonderful to be able to brighten people’s day in such a simple way. Being part of the community means a lot to us, so it was a pleasure to get out and spread a little Easter cheer.”
The home said it was delighted to be able to share a bit of West Bank’s warmth with the wider community during the Easter period.

Thankfully, the Easter Bunny has now safely returned to West Bank Care Home after her busy outing.
