Our Residents and the Team at the Orchards were delighted to receive a donation of baked sweets this month. The local Wroughton community and Waitrose have donated delicious and colorful cakes, cupcakes, and daffodils to brighten everyone’s seasonal spring celebration of Red Nose Day. What a sweet gesture!

Everyone gathered for a tea and celebration. And for those who decided to stay in, team members loaded the cakes onto trolleys and took them around the care home to each resident.

It really helped to lift spring spirits at the home. For the residents, knowing there are people in the community who are thinking of them is heart-warming.

Thank you to our local community and Waitrose for this very kind donation. The cakes were delicious and brightened everyone’s day!
