Halloween went down very well at Mulberry House! We had great fun preparing for any trick or treaters by making decorations including carving pumpkins and head boppers (modelled very nicely by Janet & Jill in the photos).

We had some trick or treaters come and share our spooky cakes and some apple bobbing! As you can see we had several ‘casualties’ who agreed to have their ‘wounds’ dressed.

The staff got involved including Clare the Cook who was our witch, cooking us supper in her cauldron with her rubber nose on! We kept checking her through the day to make sure she didn’t catch fire.

Clare made a tremendous Pumpkin Cheesecake and we decorated the buns she made, which looked very scary with garish greens and blood reds!

We would like to thank all the local villagers that helped us celebrate and made our night such fun!
