Christmas spirit filled every corner of West Bank Residential Home as part of its 12 Days of Christmas celebrations, with a heart-warming morning that brought generations together in the most joyful way.

The home was delighted to welcome the wonderful Tiny Tots, whose visit filled West Bank with happy voices, festive songs and plenty of smiles. Residents and children came together to sing well-loved Christmas nursery rhymes, creating beautiful intergenerational moments that warmed hearts and lifted spirits across the home.

The excitement continued with a very special visit from Santa, who took time to meet each child personally. Every little one received a cookie and a letter from Santa, adding a sense of wonder and magic to an already memorable morning.

Residents and team members were also deeply touched by the thoughtful gifts brought along by Tiny Tots, including handmade Christmas cards, biscuits and flowers — small gestures that meant a great deal to everyone at West Bank.

A special thank you was shared for Jenny Dinsdale, who kindly organises the monthly Tiny Tots visits. Although Jenny was unable to attend on the day, her continued support helps make these much-loved intergenerational visits possible. The home also expressed heartfelt thanks to the childminders who work alongside her, bringing these meaningful moments to life month after month.
